Biography
Erin understands the value of single-sex education. She is an alumna of Padua Academy, an all-girls Catholic high school in Wilmington, Delaware. She earned her art degree in fashion design with a concentration in fine art from Parsons School of Design. In addition, she holds a B.S. in exercise science and sports medicine from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C.
Erin is a founding faculty member at Trinity Hall. She has had the pleasure of designing visual arts and design curriculum that is used to excite, engage and encourage creative process exploration at Trinity Hall. The arts and design curriculum has been well received and has grown its course offerings every year, including advanced level and AP courses in the art and design disciplines.

Erin strives to educate herself professionally in order to keep up with new innovations occurring within design, technology and the arts. She has attended courses in arts management at the New York University School of Professional Studies and has earned her M.S. in strategic design and management from Parsons School of Design in NYC. She is very passionate about assisting young women to understand their leadership capabilities through targeted collaboration and exploration of self.
Erin believes young women who understand their unique gifts can become powerful agents for change. Erin worked to develop the HUMM Institute at Trinity Hall which is a school designed to support agents for change through a human centered design approach. She believes art and design are connected and are instrumental in the development of a balanced college preparatory curriculum. She strives to teach her students the importance of viewing the world through an empathetic lens and to champion each other's strengths to collectively reach a more elevated end result. In her free time, she loves to travel with her husband and three children, play with her pets, drive in her red convertible, and attacking design challenges with her students.
