Biography

Joining Trinity Hall in 2024, Dr. Christine Webster-Hansen teaches 12th-grade AP Literature and Composition. Bringing over 20 years of teaching experience, she was previously a full, tenured English professor at Camden County College and an adjunct English instructor at Rutgers, Rowan, and Holy Family universities. Recently, she was the Dean of Humanities at Brookdale Community College, and she occasionally teaches at University of Maryland Global Campus.
 
Christine earned her master's degree in English from Rutgers and her Ph.D. in English from Temple University where she focused on modernist literature and literary theory. She has also published various poems and personal essays in literary journals.
 
In her spare time, Christine enjoys reading, writing, traveling, teaching, and spending time with family, including her loving husband and three adorable cats.
