Biography

Dr. Michele McCue, a life-long resident of Monmouth County, is excited about teaching Theology III and IV at Trinity Hall. Michele earned a B.A. in history/education from Monmouth University and, shortly thereafter, earned a M.A. in political science from Rutgers University. Her political science background afforded her the opportunity to teach contemporary moral issues at Red Bank Catholic High School. While at RBC, Michele was inspired by her colleagues to pursue an M.A. in theology at LaSalle University, Philadelphia. Eventually she transitioned to parish work as both a director of religious education and pastoral associate, and found that she was constantly teaching about her faith. This experience prompted a desire to increase her knowledge and pursue a doctorate in theology, which she earned at LaSalle University.
 
Her passion is assisting others to more fully understand the presence of God in their lives, which she contends to be foundational in seeking a more intimate relationship with the Divine and, therefore, a richer understanding of God’s unconditional love.
 
Michele is a lifelong learner who is excited to engage in a profound theological experience with her students.
