Faculty Positions
The School: Trinity Hall is an independent, all-girls school that educates and empowers young women in the Catholic tradition through an innovative college preparatory program grounded in our four core values of leadership, respect, perseverance, and faith. Trinity Hall prepares each student to achieve her full potential as she embraces her place in the world. Trinity Hall is located at 101 Corregidor Road in Tinton Falls, NJ. Trinity Hall serves students in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties.
Our Approach: Trinity Hall emphasizes an inquiry-based approach to learning in all of our academic courses, with a focus on critical thinking, problem solving and project-based learning to build collaboration and communication within an academic community focused on a growth mindset. Trinity Hall enjoys well-equipped STEM labs, a collaborative and enthusiastic faculty, and a student body focused on academic excellence. All honors classes and AP classes support Trinity Hall’s STEM program of distinction, which includes a four-year engineering requirement.
A Trinity Hall teacher endeavors to achieve the academic, social and spiritual formational goals of Trinity Hall. In addition to teaching, full-time faculty are expected to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school. All faculty play a vital role in the continued development, growth and success of Trinity Hall by
- assuming responsibility for the leadership and administration of the classes assigned.
- facilitating a positive academic and formational experience in the Catholic tradition.
- creating and organizing a classroom that facilitates student learning and makes use of effective technology tools.
- providing for the safety and welfare of all students.
- teaching in accordance with Trinity Hall and New Jersey Department of Education policies and guidelines.

An all-honors school, Trinity Hall is currently seeking teachers experienced at the secondary school level in the following subject areas.
* Master’s degrees are preferred, with consideration to those with bachelor’s degrees and related experience.
STEM: Engineering Teacher (Background in Computer Science)
- a Bachelor’s degree at minimum (Master’s degree preferred) in education and/or a related academic field (e.g., physics, math, engineering, computer science);
- previous experience teaching (secondary and/or all-girls and Advanced Placement and/or college experience preferred);
- experience with microcontrollers and single-board computers such as Arduino and programming languages such as Java and Python;
- familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as 3D printing and laser cutting;
- comfortable with 3D parametric CAD platforms such as TinkerCAD and Onshape, and project-based learning (PBL) teaching methods;
- commitment to the school’s mission and vision by participating fully in extracurricular and community activities regularly (including those sometimes beyond routine school hours);
- desire to participate fully in the life of the school with expectations of, but not limited to: modeling behaviors that contribute to a positive and collaborative learning environment; cultivating positive partnerships with parents; participating in meetings and professional development courses; and updating and modifying curriculum guides;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- good humor, flexibility, energy, creativity and patience to adapt to the daily needs of adolescent girls, as well as a passion for learning and ability to motivate students;
- a commitment to collaborative and creative approach to instruction, with willingness to work with colleagues and students in a dynamic setting;
- comfort and facility with subject-based and school-based technology (e.g., Google applications, school information systems / learning management systems, etc.).
