Trinity Hall’s Founding Head of School search has launched!
The Founding Head of School will serve as the galvanizing leadership figure within the school and greater community, providing both internal and external executive leadership for Trinity Hall. Internally, the Founding Head of School will hire and lead qualified administrators and faculty to create an environment where the Trinity Hall mission, culture, and values are integrated. She/he will oversee the deployment of school resources in a student-centered, academically-appropriate and cost-effective manner.
The Founding Head of School will ultimately be responsible for the day-to-day operation of all programs and initiatives at the School, including academic and co-curricular programming, admissions and family satisfaction, ancillary and community-involvement programs, the founding capital campaign and annual giving, public relations, communications, facilities planning and management, technology, faculty and staff recruitment and retention, and budget management.

To attract dynamic educators and experienced leaders from a national pool, the position has been posted on various independent school organizational websites for several weeks. So far, we have been humbled by the amount and quality of candidates interested in leading Trinity Hall in its founding years.
