Trinity Hall’s Newest Club: Monarch Mentors, Founded by Adelyn Nash ‘25 | Monarch Media

Last school year, Addie Nash ‘25 established Monarch Mentors, a club at Trinity Hall that allows students aid teachers and connect with middle school students in afterschool programs at Red Bank Middle School (RBMS).

Red Bank Middle School has a wide variety of afterschool programs, such as Mindful Art, Girls Exercise Club, and Homework Club. Each of these programs provides RBMS students with an activity to participate in after school. Accompanied by Trinity Hall students to aid and teach them, the students are able to relieve any stress they have from the school day.  Through this, students are able to connect with one another and form relationships that they can strengthen and build upon with each additional visit.

Addie shared her passion for her newly-founded club: “It’s been incredible seeing the growth of Monarch Mentors in just a little over a year. The best part about running the program is receiving feedback from students at both Trinity Hall and Red Bank Middle School, telling me how excited they are about it every time we meet. I also love getting to experience the connections that are being made and seeing the joy it brings to the students.”

Not only does Monarch Mentors provide RBMS students with assistance, but it also gives them insight to the Trinity Hall core values. Each Monarch Mentor showcases what it means to possess respect, faith, perseverance, and, most visibly, leadership.

Monarch Mentors is an exceptional extracurricular that provides Trinity Hall students with the opportunity to interact with middle school students and give them advice in preparation for high school, potentially as a Trinity Hall student!
